Q: My opponent is playing 3010 Snapdragon Pkwy. as their commander. They just cast this spell and exiled State Legislature Runoff Candidates from their hand. They're targeting their Emrakul's Messenger.

A: Those cards haven't been announced yet. Please ask your friend to not break into the R&D building. If they do, however, please tell them to get me some cake from their kitchen.

Q: Do you think that this card is balanced?

A: I think it's fine. Show and Tell is pretty similar, and this card only grants abilities. That means that you won't be encountering a lot of Blightsteel Colossuses coming down early if they use this card. Of course, there are plenty of creatures and enchantments with powerful abilities. I've never played a game with it.
